Specifically, we use your phone number and skills matrix to algorithmically match you with available live event production shifts and to send automated SMS notifications regarding scheduling, call times, and gig logistics.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information, mobile phone number, or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. Your information is kept strictly internal for the sole purpose of crewing our live events.

Data Security We maintain secure, restricted-access databases (via Google Workspace) to protect your contact information and labor rates from unauthorized access.
