Michael Burns has dedicated his life to designing, managing, and producing all aspects of entertainment. From professional theatre, television and film to trade show exhibits, live shows on the Las Vegas Strip, and festivals mixed in, he's just about covered it all. Michael owned and operated Colorado Audio Visual and Design and now Six Productions.

John Czechowicz was born and raised in Aspen, Colorado. He received a Bachelors of Science in Audio Engineering from the University of Miami. He is a founding member of EB Sound, Alchemy Concert Systems and Six Productions. He currently resides in Carbondale, Colorado with his wife and two children. He has over 30 years of experience in the entertainment industry.

Maria Bement’s love for production started in high school and has taken her on a global adventure for 25+ years. From working with Cirque Du Soleil to MGM Resorts International, she’s helped create spectacular live events and unforgettable experiences. Her expertise and passion continue to shape some of the world’s most impressive projects.

William knows that great shows only happen with great work happening behind the scenes. With his years of technical and scientific shop management , combined with his passion for audio technology, William is excited to bring his organizational prowess to Six Productions. He is a life-long nerd and musician raised in upstate New York. He now lives in Glenwood Springs.

Michele Rodriguez is an Account Manager at Six Productions who has amassed 20+ years of hospitality and sales expertise. She specializes in creating unforgettable corporate and social events that leave clients wowed. With a passion for crafting memorable experiences, Michele ensures every event is a lasting impression of perfection!

Dylan Regan moved to Aspen in 1993 and quickly built a career as a DJ Entertainer. In 1995, he founded Platinum Productions and Aspen DJs, becoming a key force in shaping Aspen’s Après Ski scene. As both Entertainer and Producer, Dylan brings a signature style to every event, creating seamless and memorable experiences.

Jay received her Bachelor’s in Business and an Associate’s in Digital Media. Her grandfather was a landscape photographer in Mexico; he was her inspiration to pursue a career in the Entertainment Industry. She has proudly continued his legacy of capturing nature’s beauty. She has worked for The Aspen Institute, XGames, and ESPN assisting in Live-Stream Events.

Dylan is an audio engineer and musician who started by running sound for local bands at small venues and backyard shows. Over the years, he worked his way up, operating on larger events and festivals. Now, with experience working with Grammy-winning artists, Dylan brings his expertise to Six Productions as their lead audio engineer.

Yale joins Six Productions with over 9 years of experience in Live Event Production. Specializing in Projection Mapping, LED Wall Engineering, Camera Operation, and Technical Directing, he’s grown from stagehand to skilled AV Technician—bringing deep industry knowledge and hands-on expertise to every show.

Ryan is the engine of our warehouse and our shop ninja. He cleans, organizes, and meticulously preps every case, ensuring all gear is show-ready so our crews arrive confident and every production runs flawlessly. He turns chaos into order, one case at a time.
